Stoney Middleton work day

After the recent Peak Area meeting discussing the re-vegetation of Peak limestone crags, action is imminent.

The focus of the Peak Area team's interest is Stoney Middleton.

Neil Foster has generously agreed to create a work plan based on priorities, and the more people who turn up, the greater the impact.

Here are the necessary details:

Date: Saturday 27th June, start time 1000 onwards.
Meet: under the beech trees at Garage Buttress.
Bring: gardening tools: loppers, bow saws, secateurs and anything else you think would be useful.
There will be: Chainsaw operators on duty and for those who stay all day, there will likely be some food laid on at The Moon.

Come along for some or all of the day, get stuck in to the crag they call "the Chudleigh of the North" and make a difference for yourself and your fellow climbers!
