Online news from the Peak Area

Posted by Tony Ryan on 19/02/2008

The Peak Area is the latest BMC Area to produce a newsletter, to keep you informed about what’s going on in the region.

The newsletter is the work of a dedicated team of volunteers including Matt Heason, John Horscroft, Chris Moor, Trudi Newman and Mike Pinder. In it you’ll find access updates, crag clean-up news, information on local clubs and walls, and guidebook news. You’ll also find summaries of previous Area Meetings, as well as details of what’s on the menu for the next meeting.

The next Peak Area meeting is tomorrow (Wednesday 20 February) at 7.15pm at the Grouse Inn near Froggatt Edge.

The Peak Area joins other BMC Areas, including Cymru/Wales, Lakes, Midlands, North West and South West, in producing its own area newsletter. You’ll find all of them in the Latest Downloads area of the Your BMC section of the website - http://www.thebmc.co.uk/yourbmc
