Hard core conditioning- part 2

Ned Feehally- GB bouldering team

Senior lead team manager Tom Randall, has organised the second part of a core conditioning session open to all team members.

In conjunction with Phil Baker olympic sychronised pairs diver, these two training demons will be putting team members through their paces in that all important and sometimes neglected area of core body strength. Taking place at the premier venue of ponds forge leisure centre in Sheffield tomorrow night, muscles will be taxed to the max.

The first session that took place in November 2007 ( see here for the report) was pretty full on and put the team through their paces and saw them adopt some unusual positions. But Tom has promised that this two hour session will be even more hard core and will give the team the tools to gain extra boosts in stength that can make all the difference in their performances.

Bring it on!

A report will follow next week.
